Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?
Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your delivery window, or convert your booking to a credit for any future date this season. Weather shouldn't cost you money.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry commercial general liability insurance, and a certificate is available on request for venues that need one.
How far in advance should I book?
Summer Saturdays go first — two to three weeks ahead is safe. Short notice? Message us anyway; if the equipment is free, we'll make it work.
Do I need to clean anything before pickup?
No. Wipe off anything major if you like, but cleaning is our job. Equipment returned with normal party wear is exactly what we expect.
Can you handle food too?
We partner with great local restaurants and can arrange catering quotes as part of your booking — the restaurant prepares and delivers, so your food is handled by the pros end to end.
Is the bouncy castle safe for public events?
Our castle bookings are currently for private home events — outdoors or in. The Mini-Fun is sized to fit most basements and living rooms, so the party doesn't depend on the weather. For schools, parks and public festivals, Ontario requires TSSA-licensed devices — contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

* White Glove Cleanup — what's included. White Glove Cleanup covers reasonable post-event cleaning of the party and rental area: clearing and bagging waste, wiping down rented equipment and surfaces, and general tidying of the space where our equipment was set up — so the end of your event is as enjoyable as the start. The service is limited to cleaning and does not include the repair, restoration or remediation of damage of any kind. Spills onto, or damage to, carpets, upholstery, furniture or other items requiring specialized or restorative cleaning are outside the scope of the service.

Damage deposit and property. Damage to XtraVert Entertainment equipment beyond normal wear and tear is compensated from the refundable damage deposit to the extent of the repair or replacement cost, with any unused balance returned within 48 hours of pickup. XtraVert Entertainment is not responsible for damage to the premises or property at which equipment is deployed, whether arising from use of the equipment or otherwise. Full rental terms are provided with every booking confirmation.
