* White Glove Cleanup — what's included. White Glove Cleanup covers reasonable post-event cleaning of the party and rental area: clearing and bagging waste, wiping down rented equipment and surfaces, and general tidying of the space where our equipment was set up — so the end of your event is as enjoyable as the start. The service is limited to cleaning and does not include the repair, restoration or remediation of damage of any kind. Spills onto, or damage to, carpets, upholstery, furniture or other items requiring specialized or restorative cleaning are outside the scope of the service.
Damage deposit and property. Damage to XtraVert Entertainment equipment beyond normal wear and tear is compensated from the refundable damage deposit to the extent of the repair or replacement cost, with any unused balance returned within 48 hours of pickup. XtraVert Entertainment is not responsible for damage to the premises or property at which equipment is deployed, whether arising from use of the equipment or otherwise.
